BEER STYLE: Southern English Brown Ale, Oatmeal Stout, English IPA, Blonde Ale, Special/Best/Premium Bitter, Extra Special/Strong Bitter.
PROFILE: A mildly malty and slightly fruity fermentation profile. With good flocculation characteristics, this yeast clears well without filtration. Low fermentation temperatures will produce a clean finish with a very low ester profile.
ABV (APPROX): 10%
APPARENT ATTENUATION: 68-72%
TEMPERATURE RANGE: 64-75°F (18-24°C)
